⸻

5. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Are your crystals natural?

Yes. All crystals are 100% natural.

Because of this, every piece is unique in shape, color, texture, and pattern. Small variations are completely normal and part of their natural formation — no two crystals are ever identical.

⸻

📦 How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

⸻

🔁 Can I return my order?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Please note: Because crystals are natural products, slight variations from product images are normal and not considered defects.

⸻

💎 Why does my crystal look slightly different than the photos?

Each crystal is naturally formed, which means:

color variations
slight size differences
unique patterns

We carefully select every piece, but natural variation is what makes your crystal one of a kind.

⸻

🧘 How should I use my crystals?

You can use your crystals in many ways:

place them in your home or workspace
use them during meditation
carry them with you as a daily reminder of intention
include them in spiritual or mindfulness practices

Use them in a way that feels natural to you.

⸻

🧼 How do I take care of my crystals?

Most crystals only need gentle care:

avoid harsh chemicals
clean with a soft cloth
some crystals can be cleansed with moonlight or smudging

(Always check individual care instructions per crystal type.)

⸻

🔮 Do crystals have healing properties?

Crystals are often associated with emotional and spiritual well-being. However, they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

We sell crystals as natural decorative and spiritual items.

⸻

📍 Where are your crystals sourced from?

Our crystals are sourced from different regions around the world and carefully selected for quality, appearance, and energy. Each piece is handpicked before being added to our collection.

⸻

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

At Mystic Inside, we are dedicated to offering carefully selected, high-quality crystals that combine natural beauty with meaningful presence.

We believe crystals are more than decorative objects. They are unique creations of nature—each formed over millions of years, carrying its own texture, color, and character. Our role is to help you discover pieces that feel personal, intentional, and truly special.

Every crystal in our collection is hand-selected for its authenticity, visual quality, and natural uniqueness. We work with trusted partners who share our commitment to responsible sourcing and careful handling, ensuring that what you receive meets a consistently high standard.

Why customers choose us

Carefully curated, authentic natural crystals
High standards for quality, shape, and appearance
Thoughtful selection from trusted suppliers
Secure checkout and protected payments
Reliable shipping with careful packaging
Dedicated customer support when you need guidance

At the core of everything we do is one goal: to create a trusted place where you can confidently explore and choose crystals that resonate with you.

Mystic Inside began with a simple idea: crystals should feel accessible, trustworthy, and meaningful—not overwhelming or impersonal.

What started as a personal fascination with natural stones quickly became a deeper passion for their individuality. No two crystals are ever the same. Each piece carries its own formation, history, and natural expression—and that uniqueness is what inspired this brand.

We noticed that finding high-quality crystals online often lacked transparency and care. That’s why we set out to build something different: a curated collection where quality comes first, and every piece is selected with intention.

Today, Mystic Inside exists to bridge the gap between natural beauty and modern lifestyle. Whether you are drawn to crystals for their aesthetic presence or personal meaning, our goal is to help you find pieces that feel right for you.

This is still just the beginning of our journey—and we’re glad you’re part of it.

At Mystic Inside, we recognize that every crystal comes from the Earth—and we believe that responsibility should be part of every step in the process.

While crystals are natural formations, their journey from source to customer matters. That’s why we aim to make thoughtful, conscious decisions wherever possible in how we select, handle, and ship our products.

Responsible sourcing

We work with trusted suppliers who prioritize careful extraction and respectful practices. While sourcing conditions can vary across regions, we focus on building long-term relationships with partners who share our values of integrity and transparency.

Packaging approach

We are committed to reducing unnecessary impact through:

Minimal, protective packaging
Recyclable materials whenever possible
Efficient design to reduce waste without compromising safety

Our goal is to ensure your crystals arrive safely while keeping environmental impact in mind.

Continuous improvement

We don’t claim perfection—we believe in progress. Sustainability is an ongoing process, and we are continuously looking for better materials, better partners, and better practices as we grow.

Why it matters

When you choose [Your Brand], you support a more mindful approach to crystals—one that values quality, responsibility, and respect for nature.
